Orders & Payments
1) All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
2) Orders are delivered only after full payment is received.
3) We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or incorrect stock).
Shipping & Delivery
1) We offer Orders below 79 AED → Flat shipping fee of 15 AED across the UAE and
2) Orders of 80 AED & above → FREE shipping anywhere in the UAE.
3) Delivery times may vary based on your location (usually 2–5 business days).
4) We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or holidays.
5) You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
