All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no additional duties or taxes will be charged at your door.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for UAE orders only. International COD orders will be cancelled.

When will my order be processed?

  • Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends & public holidays)
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way

Order Packing & Proof (International Orders)

All international orders are packed on video before dispatch. This serves as proof that your order left us in perfect condition and is used solely for dispute resolution if needed.

Tracking & Confirmation

  • You'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched
  • Our delivery partners may require a signature, OTP, or photo upon delivery
  • If you're unavailable at delivery, re-attempts can be arranged directly with the courier

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address details. If your package hasn't arrived within:

  • UAE: 7 business days
  • International: 14 business days

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and the product
