RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last Updated: 26 May 2026

Every Amoura piece is inspected before dispatch. We only accept return requests for valid reasons — not change of mind.


When can you return?

Within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • Item arrived damaged, broken, or discoloured
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item sent

Not accepted: change of mind, worn/used items, wrong item ordered by customer, claims after 7 days.

GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) — Resolution

Store Credit & Partial Refund Rules (UAE & GCC)

Store Credit & Partial refunds require clear photo/video proof of defect submitted within 7 days. Defect severity and refund percentage are determined solely by Amoura. Misuse, wear, or chemical damage voids eligibility.

  • Valid 12 months · AED only · Non-cashable · Cannot combine with discount codes

How to Request

Email amouracustomers@gmail.com Subject: Return/Refund Request[Order #] Attach photos/videos + order number. We respond within 2–3 business days.

⏱ Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours after delivery — no exceptions.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

No returns or cancellations once production begins. Refund requests reviewed case by case.


Take care of your jewellery

To keep it looking its best:

  • Avoid perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Don't wear it while swimming or during intense activity
  • Clean after use and store in a dry, sealed pouch

Note: Damage caused by misuse may affect refund eligibility.


UAE Law

This policy complies with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). Your rights as a consumer are always respected.
